With over 13 months on the chain, I believe I have made significant progresses so far. I've grown my reputation to 65, regardless of a not so significant powerdown, I've my HP targeting 700 in a few weeks or months. I've take up some modest roles in the Leofinance community, and have had some nice publications.
It's a healthy growth so far, so good. However, I am unsatisfied with the level of growth achieved so far. The reason for this is simple, going through my blog it is evident that my posts have received the least amount of attention in terms of vote value, and trust me, I hardly dish out underwhelming contents.
This could be attributed to a lot of personal and systemic factors. Personally, it seems I'm not achieving the least minimum amount of engagements to be visible enough and taken more seriously on the Blockchain. Especially so is my meagre presence on Discord. For me, it's personally hard to keep up with all the several layers of onchain and off chain activities that has helped a lot others gain presence.
I honestly have an engagement problem, and most especially an offchain engagement problem. While engagement is definitely necessary and unmistakably important, I feel offchain engagement is a bit too tasking, and shouldn't be used as a yardstick.
Offchain platforms such as Discord are solid for communication in this web3.0 era and engagements in their general groups as well as the post promotion schemes feel like an extra layer of task that takes away from the true nature oh the Blockchain.
Another factor is just systemic, which includes the early starters advantage and the connections. Some persons as result of some social and personal connectedness joined the chain with a golden spoon, while others had to figure things out themselves.
I keep complaining
Yea. I'm still unsatisfied and still unable to properly engage in the #LPUD without have to perform some trades for more Leo tokens to at least get to 150 Leo to effectively power up.
There's a lot to be done. But as normally, and commonly said, change begins with you/me. So, while waiting till when the system plays to my favour, I have to do my part.
For now, I intend to write more and engage more on the chain. At least, by the next LPUD, I should be powering up 300 Leo or more. I really cannot wait to attain a power up milestone in the Leofinance community.
