It has 115kW motor and 52.5 kWh battery which gives a combined range of 214 miles - which increases substantially to 276 in the city - the new 5 SWEV offers great economy, style and versatility, and due to it being an estate car, it's practical with 446l boot increasing to 1456 dependant on config.
This latest powertrain develops 154bhp and 192nm of torque.
NCAP is yet to be announced, it features 3 driving modes and 3 levels of regen.
Prices for the range start at £24,495.00 for the Excite and £26,495.00 for the Exclusive - both after the OLEV Grant has been applied.
