Last weekend was a very special and a memorable one for me, because I went on a special trip to Kano land for a special assignment.
I love helping people out there, who are in need. Some times you will discover that people are dying of hunger and some can't even afford their children's school fees, but if don't care about others except yourself you will not noticed. Look around you there are people who need your help in one way or the other. Some it may just be words if encouragement, and some maybe Financial help that they need, please do well by giving out a helping hand.
The journey took up to eleven hours before we finally got to Kano land. We left Akwanga town as early as six am hoping to get there early but because of bad road, we got there after eleven hours. Though the journey was stressful, but it was worth it.
I belong to the school of thought that believe that happiness is all about making others happy. The people we went to see are people who need attention and care especially when it comes to finance.
We took along with us: Bibles, clothes and stuff like that to distribute to the ones that may need them. To our surprise, what we took there did not even go round the people, but a good number of them got either Bible or clothe. Still planning to visit them again to see how we can reach out to others that we were not able to reach last weekend.
It is actually good to touch the lives of people who are in need with your substance, because you may have things that you don't really need but some people are in dear need of it.
This is a cry from the helpless to you.
