Greetings!
When it comes to food, soup is one of the most popular, and here in our country, the Philippines we have a soup dish that is no doubt one of the favorites, it is called Tinola. Back in the day, TInola is only cooked during holidays like Christmas. But now, Tinola has become a common dish any day of the weekend not just during holidays.
Today, I will be sharing with you a video of me preparing and cooking this dish. This dish is quite easy to prepare it is only less than an hour from preparation until it is cooked. This dish is also very versatile because you can add various vegetables. In my case, I used the most nutritious vegetables which are Papaya and Moringa.
If papaya and moringa are not available, Chayote and Chili Leaves can be used as a replacement. And most of the time green chili is added for a richer aroma.
So, without further ado, below is the video of me while I am preparing and cooking this very delicious dish called Tinola.
