Hello hivers! Allow me to introduce myself again, , and welcome to my blog.🌷

Join me as I support my cousin’s first experience as a muse representative in our sitio upper cayam for the upcoming basketball league. From nerves to cheers, from sidelines to spotlight, discover the magic of community and unwavering support as we rally behind her every step of the way.🏀
Sitio Upper Cayam⛹🏻♂️
My cousin was chosen to be the muse representative in our sitio, which is Upper Cayam. She excitedly informs me about her being chosen as a muse representative. I really don’t have any idea that she has an interest in joining competitions as a muse.
With my pretty cousin☺️
I was shocked and excited as well when she texted me, “You should come here on Sunday, so that I will have someone who will support me rather than my family.” At first, I was confused, so I asked her, “Is there any occasion on Sunday or what’s on Sunday, and why should I go there?” She replied that she would be a muse representative in our beloved sitio. I was very excited that time because it was her first time joining in that kind of competition, and I really wanted to be there and support her on this journey.😁
The Day🗓️
It’s the day, and I am still not sure if my aunt will allow me to go. I still didn’t ask permission at that time. So what I did was clean the house and do the household chores before asking.🧹 When I had already finished all of my tasks, I asked my aunt sweetly if I could go to the event and support my cousin. And guess what? She gives me permission to go since I clean the house and do my tasks.😉 I quickly prepared myself because the parade will start at 3 p.m. and it’s already 2:55 p.m. and I am still not ready, so I took a quick bath and put on some light makeup, and all was done. I immediately left the house. When I arrived, the parade was done. It’s okay; the important thing is that the main event is not yet starting.
The event started with the speech of the “barangay kapitan,” or barangay captain, and all I could hear were shouts from different supporters of the muses. And of course, I shouted loudly to show support for my cousin.
Trio☘️
The introduction of the SK Councilors followed. My cousin is Trixie, and her older sister, Trisha, is one of the SK Councilors. Before introducing the muses, a dance troupe presented a short performance. And the most-awaited part is the production number of all the muses in different sitios. All we did was shout at the candidates that we specifically supported. After that wonderful production number from the candidates, another intermission number is presented. 💃🏼
After a long wait, it's time for the introduction of the candidates. Trixie is candidate number 9, so we are patiently waiting for her turn. When it is already her turn, while she’s taking her walk and posts, we jump and shout loudly until our voices are all gone. We became silent when she was going to speak.🎙️
Slay💅🏻
We went crazy when she ate it all and left no crumbs.🤪 She’s so pretty like me. (HAHAHAHAHAAHAH) I’m so proud of her when she surpassed everything. An announcement of the winner follows. Her candidate number was never called until the announcement of the winner's end; she kind of looked disappointed, so I cheered her up and gave her a sign that it’s okay and we’re so proud of her.☺️
Proud👏
She came to me, so I welcomed her with a huge smile on my face, hugged her tightly, and told her that it’s okay; it’s part of the competition; there are only 2 possible outcomes; whether you win or you lose, whatever the result is, we were very proud of her. Losing is part of learning; if you lose, that doesn’t mean you’re not good; you are good; it’s not just for you, and losing is a way to gain more knowledge by joining competitions.🫂

We took pictures for another memory to remember.📸 When we were all satisfied with the photos, we decided to go home and continue to celebrate the successful journey of my cousin. Applause.👏
Remember, your simplest effort will mean everything for your family. Losing means you’re still learning, and losing is the way to success. So never question your best, because your best is always enough.✨
As I draw to a close, let us never forget that supporting one another is what will always make us stronger.
Let’s wrap this up and continue our engaging conversations in my next story.
