"Look deeply into nature and then you will understand everything better."
-Albert Einstein.
There are many beautiful places in the city where I have been living for more than 4 years, from the Mediterranean Sea, its streets, its parks, hidden and distant neighbourhoods, paths where you can walk for a long time.
But on this occasion only one mountain came to my mind among many that surrounds the city, the Monte Coronado of Malaga Capital.
Just about three days ago I set out for this place, to get in touch with the fresh air, the distance from noise and people and to be in the company of nature.
All around there are many places with trees that provide some shade on hot days. Places to stop and admire the beauty of your surroundings and for a moment forget everything. To be one with nature, the trees, the earth, the rocks and the wonderful view.
The sun was setting at that moment and the magic settled on the mountain giving it that yellow colour.
Why do I like just that mountain or those rocks?
Depending on the angle and the place where you are, the rocks take different shapes, you can see faces. You can see faces in profile as well as from the front and even with different expressions.
It is as if nature has drawn on the stone for us to see.
Many people see shapes in the clouds, but in the stones there are many more and they don't fade away.
I wonder how it is possible, that such beauty and artwork is there, looking at us and ready for us to discover.
On the right side of the mountain you can clearly see one of the faces. Perhaps it is a guardian looking down on each of us who live here.
Who or what has brought about this order? Where there is order there is creation.
I stood for a long time watching how the sun illuminated that space, from my place of shadow.
How much we must learn from what surrounds us. And where there is no noise, there is only the breeze between the branches of the trees, whispering perfection.
It is perhaps a call to listen to ourselves and the source of creation that we are as part of the whole.
Away from the noise, we can see beyond, like the messages of this Mount.
The noise of the city, of people, often obscures what should be discovered. In nature lies the truth. Let's go back to the source because we are part of it and it has a lot to tell us.
I felt the look on those faces, as if to say, there is more than what your physical eyes see, we hope you will discover it.
I took many photographs that day, but this one struck me.
I hope it does to all of you.
Thank you very much always , for your excellent themes that spark creativity and imagination.
Greetings to all and until next time. See you in the comments.
