It's weekend but it feels like weekdays....
After the holidays, I'm back to my quarters in the city again waiting for the announcement of enrollments to be posted at the our College's Official Facebook Page. It seems like it will take them ages before they could have decide on the specific date. For what I have heard from a reliable source, the Instructors have just passed their students' grades on the main campus. There are fake pages spreading lies about the dates this weekend and the Central Student Government were fast to take down the page, then advised the students to unfollow the said page.

Though classes are not starting yet, I still don't have that leisure of time to make myself enjoy the beauty of the world outside nor make myself comfortably seated while sipping a hot cup of black coffee in a newly discovered cafeteria or coffee shop. Instead, I was just sitting in front of my laptop most of the day while waiting for the updates of my enrollment or for the next date of training as a Rescuer.
Later this morning, I received a message from my class marcher that we will be assisting the training of the future First Responders of our school tomorrow Monday morning, and that would be happening for two whole days.
It will be a lot of work and my patience would be tested from teaching those newbies. I'm not an education student and I don't have any backgrounds from teaching but I also want to learn the proper way of instructing students who want to learn from us. Sharing is caring, anyway. Though we don't have any salary from the efforts that we will be exerting, we have to share what we have learned. With that, they can help more people in times of emergencies. But well, our Admin offered to count that as part of our Instructorship training and the number of ours that we will be teaching them will be recorded. It is a great compensation in a way after all, because the number of hours of our Instructorship training will lessen when we will be teaching in the headquarters.
Here is my preparation for the class tomorrow...

Now, I'm spending my time for most of night reviewing the topics that I have learned months ago because I barely remember the other topics at all. It's kind of embarrassing to face the students who are eager to learn tomorrow and I can't teach them well just because I already forgot my lessons back then. I could simply crack a joke that my lessons are still on a holiday but it's not going to be a help.
I have to watch a lot of videos related to these topics. And yes, this is already cramming, but what else can I do? We haven't got any duties and our trainings got also delayed for a month. If you don't execute what you have learned, it wouldn't make sense at all. It will eventually get duller overtime if it is left unused. Exactly, it is what have happened with us now. It is why I need to have some refreshers before the official day.
Other than that...
I will be just preparing my uniform for tomorrow which have been decided to be a white shirt, tucked in with our denim pants, and rubber shoes. We are also updating each other on our group chat regarding on what to bring and the equipment that will be using for demonstration during the training. Hopefully, all will turn out smoothly and we can produce well-trained First Aid Responders after the training.
That's all for my not-so-busy weekend. How about yours? You can tell me in the comments. Anyways, thanks for taking time to read my blog for today.
