Greetings everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. These days have been filled with different course activities, which is great for staying active and exercising creativity. Our homework was to complete several craft projects. With the facilitator's instructions, we made the crafts. Although some took longer than we thought, the results were excellent. I'm happy to have reached a new level in the course. This is my entry for the weekend initiative proposed by , and I'll answer question number 2:
Would you go to space as a tourist (in fact, people do) or not? Please explain in both cases.
My answer to this question is definitely yes, it has always been one of my dreams to travel to space and see the planets, in particular I would love to see the Earth from space and see the planet Jupiter, it is one of the ones I like the most, because of its large size and the red band, I would also like to see the rings of Saturn and the numerous celestial bodies that make up outer space, if I had the opportunity to pay for a tourist package as a space tourist, I would not hesitate and I would embark on this great adventure, I think it would be very happy and a nice experience to explore space, I could also take many photos and finally make my dream come true; travel to space
Since I was little I have been curious about outer space. My dad used to buy newspapers to keep up with the news. On Sundays, they published a variety of articles, including astronomy. After my father read, he would take the magazine and enjoy reading about space and the scientific advances on this topic. But what excited me the most were the photographs. In them, I could see the planet from space, some images of planets like Mars, and the spacecraft that were sent to explore this area. At night, I liked to observe the sky, and I still do. I love watching the moon 🌒 and the starry sky. The changes in the phases of the moon are also very striking, and I enjoy watching this beautiful natural spectacle.
I remember reading an article while I was studying at university about man's arrival on the moon in 1969. The images of astronauts looked truly amazing, and this led me to research and investigate what it's like to go to space. I read about the diet they should follow, the clothing they should wear, and the activities they should do to keep their muscles moving. I also watched different movies about space travel. These movies, apart from providing me with information, motivated me in my goal of being able to visit space someday in my life.
I have seen eclipses of the sun and the moon and it is very exciting and at the same time inexplicable, how the moon and the sun hide for a brief time and then return, being very young I was able to see a comet, although I do not remember its name, the image remains in my mind, it was very fun and charming to see it with my father who explained to us that this comet appeared very rarely and it was a unique privilege to be able to see it.
Blessings!
