Greetings everyone! Let me share my weekend experience on May 19. It was my second Sunday off in a row. I couldn't take my day off the previous Sundays because my substitute was preoccupied with school activities.
Typically, I longed to sleep on Sundays, as it was the only day I could. However, my internal clock consistently awakened me as early as 5 am. Originally, I intended to sleep for a longer duration and hence I got up late. However, now I am unable to fall back asleep. My morning routine includes checking my phone. I typically begin by answering available surveys on my survey apps. Afterward, I review my side hustles, particularly Hive, to see if I have received any notifications.
I will not get up until I finish doing my side hustles.
Once I'm done with my side hustles. I need to get up and start preparing our breakfast.
After savoring my breakfast, I had to tackle the task of doing laundry before I could finally unwind and relax.
To fully unwind and relish my day off, I decided to forgo house cleaning tasks and embrace relaxation.
My son with his new haircut
On a lovely summer day, my husband and I decided that it was the perfect time to give our son a refreshing haircut. We took advantage of the warm weather and cut his hair, which would help him feel cooler and more comfortable during the hot season.
Unfortunately, during my son’s haircut, I was unable to record it because I was assisting my husband. Fortunately, we had an electric razor that the wife of my husband’s brother had gifted us earlier.
After the haircut, my son and I decided to take a nap.
Before indulging in a brief sleep, I had the opportunity to capture some photographs. This was especially significant because my son had recently received a new haircut. The new haircut had left him feeling exceedingly content.
My ideal day off resembles last Sunday's routine, except for getting a haircut. There isn't much to elaborate on.
With that, I conclude my blog for today. I hope you gained some valuable insights from my article.
Thank you for reading, and may divine blessings be upon us all.
