Very good hive community, how are you? I hope very well, today I would like to comment on a very celebrated date here in my hometown, San Cristóbal (Tachira state, Venezuela), where we are going to talk about the fairs and the famous parade that we were able to see today, there is more to say , let's begin.
Beginning January, the beginning of a new year and what better than celebrating it with the great fair of America, the fairs of "San Sebastián". For those who don't know, the San Sebastián fairs are an event that we do in January where there are many activities such as bullfights (which I don't agree with), parades, games, etc. Where is a closed area of San Cristóbal called the new town and part of the tourist area of San Cristóbal, where is a closed area for the pass on foot and to be able to enjoy the food and games of the fairs, this month is for a dress more cowgirl, it resembles a more Spanish style and here you can enjoy it.
At present you are already customs despite the economic and cultural circumstances, but that energy is still maintained to be able to enliven these holiday weeks.
Today, as every year, you can enjoy a parade where candidates for Miss Tachira are represented, where they are mounted on floats and you can enjoy sitting around the route; You can also enjoy what music and urban dances are, where they are very popular here in our area, where you can spend a very good afternoon for those who like "bochinche or antics." You leave very comfortable, you buy a beer, food and enjoy the parade and olé.
Today on this occasion, I was accompanied by my parents and my partner , where I had not been for a long time and until today he was encouraged and wanted to enjoy this festive day. In my experience it was beautiful in what is carried out, what if it gets annoying is the heat and the sun that hits so hard, for this type of situation you take sunscreen and a hat, in our case we all did. There is also a lot of walking, since where the area closes to just walking, the journey to the area where the parade is seen is long, but it is worth enjoying this event because of the presence of people there.
It was so much fun that we even witnessed a challenge that if you ate a giant hamburger in 10 minutes you would get three cell phones, if you lost this challenge, you had to cut your eyebrows. They were a mother with her daughter struggling to eat that big hamburger, until a boy came to help who was choking, it was an incredible and very funny experience, then we took some photos with the one who did the challenge, a great announcer and influencer of our community.
In the end we arrived tired, with sore legs, overheated and tanned by the sun. Once again, enjoying an afternoon at the fair here in San Cristóbal.
