Hi everyone, it's another weekend-engagement on this experiences community and i say a happy weekend to us all and i wish us all a merry Christmas in arrears and a prosperous new year in advance. It's a delight to participate in weekend engagement once again where various topics of importance are discussed which has so much value and content to learn from. For this week, i will like to share on "The best and the most challenging weekends for me in this year 2023" with emphasis on the lessons i learnt from each that i will carry forward to the coming year 2024. I believe it will worth the reading, kindly read through even as i delve deep into this, thank you.
This outgoing year 2023 has been one of my best year in recent times for many reason and I'm grateful to God for seeing me through. I have learnt over time that there are best and there are challenging moments in a year and both are for a purpose and makes life beautiful.
My best weekend in this outgoing Year 2023 was my wedding weekend in October 2023. I was happy and so full of joy getting married to someone I loved who had been my friend for awhile and this is a huge privilege. It was an exciting moment to families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues and associates who came to rejoice with us.
One of the best lesson I learnt from this weekend is the power of relationship and how relationships can either affect positively or negatively. Positive relationship which existed between we the couples, families, friends and loved ones played out as each contributed in one way or the other towards the success of the wedding ceremony that weekend.
In addition, another great lesson I learnt is the power of agreement and understanding which played out as we couples and our families well understood each other and agreed together and this helped towards the success of the wedding without indebtedness or regret whatsoever. These two great lessons I will carry forward to year 2024 to facilitate more positive relationships and to work towards understanding/agreement after seeking/taking counsels.
My most challenging weekend was in April this year when I traveled for a training in another state and resumed back to work immediately when I came back based on the need/urgency as at that time. The training opened my understanding to vast majority of things some of which includes the importance of quality assurance of drugs, the need for safe, affordable and efficient drugs devoid of falsification/adulteration/counterfeiting, professional awareness/enlightenment in fast tracking public awareness/detection of fake/adulterated drugs/consumables/food products.
One of the best lesson I learnt from this challenge was that great values/positive additions doesn't come cheap and may require some stretching bit on the long run is really worth it. Therefore, I need to stretch more in the coming year 2024 to do more and get more trainings for efficient delivery even in my professional career and to be the best at all times. Also, I learnt that volunteering despite the challenges involved is good at times because it has its own reward sooner and later which serves as a motivation to do more next time.
In all, year 2023 was a great and memorable year for me though with both the best and challenging moments but really worthwhile in the long run which I'm grateful for and I believed for more in the coming year 2024. Thank you for reading and I believed it's worthwhile right?
