Like fish in water
Hello friends, how was your weekend, today Sunday I dedicated myself to make you this nice post with 100% original content.
Being a day of less traffic in the city of Villahermosa-Mexico.
I went to buy fish, I usually visit the local merchants, this time I went to a place a little far from where I live but I know that there I get excellent fish, the quality and freshness is unmatched.
I recommend you to go to the local merchants as this way you will be supporting them.
If you have doubts to know if the fish is fresh the "tips" I give you is to look at the gills of the fish and if its color is bright red that fish is fresh. If it is dark red wine colored it is not so fresh.
Enjoy while I was shopping for fish, chatting a little with the seller is always nice, know how are the sales and prices of different items are my topics for conversation, encourage you when you go out and be more sociable being friendly does not take away anything on the contrary I even a good recipe to prepare seafood broth provided me, I took out of my bag pencil and paper and wrote it down. I'm sure it must be very good so I'll come back later to stock up to prepare that broth for a weekend.
It is a brotherly and sisterly exchange that I have learned over the years as I talk to vendors in Mexico because of the diversity of their food.
I'm ready with my ingredients to go home.

Hola amigos que tal su fin de semana, hoy domingo me dedique hacerles este agradable post con contenido 100% original.Siendo un día de menos trafico en la ciudad de Villahermosa-México.
Me fui a comprar pescado, usualmente visito a los comerciantes locales, esta vez me fui a un sitio algo apartado de donde vivo pero se que allí consigo excelente pescado la calidad y frescura es inigualable.
Te recomiendo ir a las comerciantes locales ya que así los estará apoyando.
Si tienes dudas en saber si el pescado es fresco el "tips" que te doy es mirar las agallas del pescado y si su color es rojo brillante ese pescado es fresco. Si eta de color oscuro vino tinto ya no esta tan fresco.
Disfrute mientras hacia mis compras de pescado, platicar un poco con el vendedor siempre es agradable, saber como están las ventas y los precios de los diferentes artículos son mis temas para entablar conversación, animate tu cuando salgas y se mas sociable ser amable no te quita nada todo lo contrario yo hasta una buena receta para preparar caldo de marisco me proporcionó, saque de mi bolsa lápiz y papel y la apunte. Seguro debe ser muy buena así que regresaré luego a surtirme para prepara un fin de semana ese caldo.
Es un intercambio fraternal que con los años he aprendido mientras platico con lo/as vendedoras en México debido a la diversidad de sus comidas
Ya lista con mis ingredientes para irme a casa.
Disfrutar de un buen pescado fresco es reconfortante luego de una semana llena de tanto trabajo.
