It is a treasure to have a village
A village where you can just go to smell the smell of your beloved grandmother's flowers, taste the pot that is still being cooked with a slice of bread and forget about reality
To take the bike to embark on an endless walk along the old streets where there is no asphalt from nature that conquers everything ...
The village is a treasure from which today's generation of children flees like scalded
And I remember spending the summer here making mud meatballs bathing in rivers and catching fish with my bare hands.
How our grandmother chased us with a big stick the moment she saw us jumping from a bridge in the river
we liked to make her angry
How we played hide and seek and hid in the old half-ruined houses
How we traveled and explored the world around the village and everything was interesting to us
How we were scared in the evening by the fire and then we were afraid to go home alone
How nice it was to be a child ...
How we went to plow the fields and sow garlic with my grandfather
How we harnessed the donkey and got on his back to help him plow together lol
How we couldn't wait for summer to come and go pick some cherries from a grandfather from the village haha
And grandma's strawberries
Ah those strawberries
So delicious
Said with jam and homemade lyutenitsa spread on a slice of bread
The tranquility of the village
The birds are chirping
the only noise we can hear was from grandpa's old car lol
And getting home early for dinner wasn't our style
my two brothers and I loved to break the rules so much that at times my grandmother scrolled even when my grandfather stood up for us.
When we didn't come home for dinner he would wait for us and then eat with us haha
I love my village maybe at my growing age I didn't come here at all but the more I live in the city and this hectic lifestyle the more I start to appreciate what I had as a child and how I enjoyed every moment with my family
It's nice to have a village to go to even for a day to be different from this whole dynamic way of life to have a coffee with grandparents maybe in some buns
I loved waking up in the morning to the smell of fried mekis and cocoa milk
Everything homemade by my uncle
oh how nice it was when everything was real ...
So appreciate your grandmothers and take advantage of the time they are here and there is someone to go to ♥ ️
I proudly declare that I love my village and one day I would live in it 🙏
And here was the most delicious dinner I had ever forgotten
Homemade peach compote and a lot of love ♥
Greetings from me Janisa
