Weekends are a time to relax and unwind, it is the time we get to give ourselves some reward after such a stressful and draining week.
Last weekend, we decided to go on a ride at Transcentral High way Balamban which is a place here in Cebu known for a perfect venue to go on rides and roadtrips.
The roads are mostly curvy but the best thing about TCH is that there are a lot of tress and plants making the surroundings cold and has a winter vibe feeling.
First off, we stopped at Balwarte ni Alfredo which is a famous stop over in Balamban where you can buy coffee, food or simply just stop by to go on their comfort room.
We stopped by since I needed to go to the comfort room and my partner also had to smoke a couple of cigars. After a few minutes, we then continued on our journey.
This time, we decided to go on our motorcycle since we really wanted to feel the breeze.
Since we got our car, it has been long since we rode our motorcycle. Back then, we used to travel a lot of places with just our motorcycle.
Going on a roadtrip is such a therapeutic thing to do for both of us. Seeing nice spots, enjoying the cold breeze, and simply the thought of going out of the house every once in a while is such a relief.
While traveling the Transcentral Road here in Balamban, especially during rainy season or gloomy seasons, it is important to take note that the road really gets into zero visibility.
If you are not fully aware of the roads, you might not want to travel here during rainy or gloomy seasons since you will really find it hard to see the roads.
We have been traveling here couple of times may it be sunny, rainy or gloomy season therefore we are aware of the roads.
It is important that your vehicles have functional hazard lights since it will help you be visible from the other vehicles that passes by also.

Overall, we had such a fun experience and we were able to arrive to our destination safe and was able to come back home safe also.
It was such a therapeutic weekend that although it was not that a long ride, but I am glad I was able to get out of the house and see different places while I get refreshed by the cold weather.
