And I will explain to you what good thing I could do for you.
I think you would benefit from my wonderful Ayurvedic detox.
Normally it is not one day process but I will manage it with you and am sure you will like it and will ask to continue for a 1 week or 3 week program.
We start in the early morning with a nice ayurvedic herbal detox tea made of coriander, cumin, and fennel seeds accompanied by some soaked nuts.
After that,some relaxing yoga and then breathing exercises Pranayama.
After that, meditation for around 1/2 an hour.
by then it should be around 8.30 am
My male assistant then gives you 1-hour full body massage with ayurvedic oils, followed by herbal steam in a full body tent.
after your warm bath, it is time for a light breakfast- sprouted beans with coconut water and available fresh fruits.
by now you should be totally relaxed and ready to read some spiritual texts or perhaps listen to some choice of calm acoustic music. that will prepare you for our discussion about body chakras and/or ayurvedic cooking.
For lunch, we have a very special khichadi made with moong dal and basmati rice with a lot of ghee. poppadum and some Indian vegetables prepared the Indian way without oil but with some spices homemade pickle and coconut sweet.
after lunch, you chill for 1-2 hours. during that time no digital media work, no internet, no hive. it is time for deep relaxation.
In the evening we continue with a tranquilizing shiro-dhara 1/2 hour continuous warm herbal oil dripping on your forehead during a nice head massage.
a new round of herbal tea with lemongrass, ginger, tulsi, and cloves.
before the sun goes down some simple boiled vegetables for dinner,
the only beverages for the day are warm water and herbal teas. no cold water no alcohol or soft drinks and certainly no smoking.
By 7 pm we have finished most things but there is still time for a group meditation topped off with a foot massage from my assistant.
At the last a golden milk will assure your good night's sleep.
why I would do this because I know you are very active physically and mentally and to rejuvenate your body and mind once in a while I recommend this type of stress-relieving detox program. I think this is the best thing anybody could do with and for you.
If you are staying longer than just a day I will make you a very proper delicious Indian meal.
