Today, Saturday 12 June, I plan to spend the weekend on the banks of the Rio Branco in Boa Vista, Roraima, Brazil. I have my ticket, which I scanned into my phone after getting it for free in advance through Google. The sky is clear, with thick clouds decorating the blue.
I'm taking the city bus to the downtown terminal. I'm getting off at Orla Taumanan, and I've chosen to arrive at 5pm. I quickly make my way to the reception of the Mirador of the Paz, known as the 'Mirante' in Portuguese. After a brief orientation from the tour guide, I join a lively group and we make our way to the lift.
The view of the geography from the top is simply fabulous. The swollen, overflowing river creates a real visual feast. Enjoying the lush fullness of this natural landscape from the heights of the Mirador de la Paz is a truly enriching experience. It enables me to convey what a wonderful weekend I have had.
Thank you for reading about my enjoyment of this landscape's visual artistry!
The photographic samples taken with my realme Pro 7 phone are my property.
