This tourist sport is called Tepi Danau. Go to a lake tourist spot with the Group,this tourist spot is in the New City Parahyangan area,West Bandung area.
The distance from where I live to the tourist spot of the lake it is about 82 kilometers, one of the ways to get to this tourist spot, I use train transportation with a group. This train serves several area and each train station stops briefly to pick up and drop off passenger.
The train depart from Sukabumi City station to Cipatat station as the last station. The schedule from Sukabumi city station is 5.45 am, and arrives at Cipatat station as the last station a round 8.11 am, covering a distance of about 60 kilometers.
The ticket cost from station Sukabumi city to Cipatat station is quite cheap which is 5000,- IDR ($0,33). After arriving at Cipatat station,the group rented a vehicle to take then to the tourist destination.
The group arrived at the tourist spot around 9,15 am, to enter the tourist area visitor paid an entrance ticket of 20.000,- IDR ($1,33) per person. This Lake tourist spot that was opened to the public a few month ago.
This lake is an artificial lake that used to be a former sand quarry that had existed for a long time. After there was on activity anymore, the former sand quarry was used as a tourist spot within the area.
There are two tourist attractions,lake a tourist and water game,such as water slides,swimming pool and other water rides. Water tourist is still in the final stage and will be opened in the next few month, in the tourist area of me and my entourage I do boat ride of wood material.
This boat is called a dragon boat,tickets for boat rides of 10.000,-IDR ($0,66) for each person by exchanging ticket vouchers. There are several officers,who run the boat his job is to take passengers around this artificial lake.
The middle of the lake the boat stopped for a moment the boat engine turned off to see the beautiful natural scenery and I took some picture around the lake and the officers on the boat helped the passengers to take picture,after that the boat goes back and stops at the pier.
