Hi dear community, today I want you to meet our little fighter: Musita! Everyday is fun with her, but the ones I enjoy the most are weekends.
As I've talked to you before, our family of furry babies is made up of four beautiful felines, and among them is the youngest member and incredibly energetic, Musita! Always showing her playful nature with her two brothers and her loving, but already tired mother.
However, life has dealt her a blow recently. Just two weeks ago, she fell seriously ill, worrying our family, she got to a point where she stopped eating, she was urinating and defecating on herself for lack of strength, she lost a lot of weight and seemed to be losing the battle. Fortunately, my brother didn't have to work and acted quickly, taking her to the vet while I was in the hospital. The vet prescribed a treatment plan with daily injections that required a lot of care and attention.
With an unlimited love and an unbreakable patience, I dedicated myself to her recovery. I gave her the injections meticulously and even resorted to force-feeding her with a syringe, with rice and meat formulas. It was a difficult road, but day by day she improved noticeably.
And now, what a joy! Musita has recovered her appetite, weight and her playful energy, she lights up our home again.
Her favorite place? Curled up next to me or on top of me while we sleep on weekend mornings. I appreciate these moments as much as she does, and it makes me feel more confident that she is safe, there are only the sad memories of not being able to sleep watching her breath, and the fear of losing her.
She has shown herself to be a resistant and determined kitten, and she has taught us the power of love, patience and unbreakable dedication to recover the health of our pets. For many more moments of play and quiet mornings with her by my side!
