My entry for this week's #weekend-engagement will focus on a complete elimination of corrupt politicians from Nigeria and Africa in extension and I've chosen:
Option four:
If you could commit
If you could commit any crime at all and get away with it what would the crime be and why do you choose it? Extra bonus points for describing how you would do it and get away with it.
Corruption in Africa, has been the main reasons for the setbacks in the continent and Nigeria to me is the capital of corruption in Africa. Since Nigeria is called the Giant of Africa they also decided to maintain the status of Giant of Corruption. This corruption has eaten the fabrics of the Nigerian state and has transcended from the political class to the common man at the local markets.
One opportunity that's given by this community to choose that crime that'll love to commit and get scores free is enough for this mission. I have chosen to commit a genocide on every corrupt politician whether a family member or an outsider. This will be a crime in the eyes of corrupt people, but a path to freedom to those who love revolutionary breakthrough. My strategies of achieving this will be highlighted below:
- First Strategy
I'll align with trusted friends both among the military and the civilians. I chose the word trusted because as I've mentioned earlier, corruption has eaten deep into the fabrics of Nigerians. If you want to know, there are still trusted men both in the military and among civilians who are tired of the embezzlement of public funds by politicians.
- Second Strategy
Arrange with an insider to organize a nationwide conference of political parties across in different regions and make it mandatory for all political big-wigs.
Like the other point, meet with a close friend to the president to advise the president to initiate the conference. Once the conference is approved, I'll strategically arrange people that'll visit the different venues to plant bomb inside and outside the venue.
Third Strategy
The third strategy is to arrange foot armed men around the venue to attack the escapees. The essence is not to miss any corrupt politician in attendance.
Fourth Strategy - D-day
On that faithful day, I'll set survailance to monitor the event. Once the participants all over the nation are relaxed then we'll attack and eliminate corruption out of Nigeria and make Nigeria the land of our dream that's full of infrastructural development and human capital development.
Finally, Nigeria is so endowed with every natural resources on the planet but at some point was announced as the poverty capital of the world. This is so unfortunate when compared with the resources in the land. Corruption has kept the nation stagnant and if I'm given the opportunity I'll end corruption in Nigeria.
