It was in a town where the school environment was very healthy, it was not perfect, but the pranks were within the framework of what was normal for these kids. The students were friendly, there was teamwork and the weather was cold. I very rarely got sick in this place, I traveled for 5 years in a row, 4 days a week,
- When I asked for a transfer, they gave it to me 15 minutes from home, I could walk there and back, of course, but the midday hours were not ideal to do it, but it was possible. It seemed like the dream, since there would not be the expense of the bus fare as I used to have, but the work environment was very bad, coworkers did not interact and if they did, they criticized others, the students had little respect, although in this aspect I managed to win them over, it was not an easy task. At one point I only felt comfortable with the students, the staff at all, the assistant director harassed me, so it ended up becoming a place I did not like to be, to the point that my body remained with low defenses and virus that was going around, virus that I caught, I got sick with Zika, I got lechina, dengue and I developed faster my problem of cardiac arrhythmias, and gave me hypotension crises.
It is worth mentioning that this did not happen to me in the first place, although it implied more sacrifice and expense on my part to get there. Working in a place where you don't feel good, even if the money is a little better, is not ideal. At least not for me.
I tried to work in this way and I ended up deteriorating my health condition, it is impressive how it shows that we are a complete being, where you must balance mind, body and spirit to be well, and when one of these is affected, our whole being collapses.
I actually retired from that place and am self-employed in blockchain.
Many studies have been done and have revealed that an employee must feel good, motivated and even valued, if you want to create an organizational climate that leads your company to success.
Money is necessary, but it is not everything, especially when it compresses your health, without health our dreams are postponed and life is shortened.
