WE308 || A consumer society that "sleeps its own criteria".

What is said about consumerism, is a very serious and interesting thing...because we human beings were not born being consumerists, that is, we were not born for that, that is, we have all been preparing and inducing consumption precisely because it is the means of subsidence of many companies, ideas, whose policies have to do with the human being consuming and that incidentally consumes in excess.

We combine to want to be, to want to be and to do, to be at the level or to be at the height of creating an image and that speaks of wanting to consume, and that what it does is put our own criteria to sleep, and that's not at all easy because obviously, what I'm writing about is not happening to me or to you, this consumerism thing is happening to all of us and comes from the times when the convenience of groups doing things in favor of those who wanted to somehow have a power or influence over the masses began to exist.

And this is not my fault, nor of you who read me, it is of all of us who are immersed in it, because we all live in a consumer society.

When one raises this we start thinking about these things and we say to each other "I have to start polishing and dusting off my criteria", and every time I want something, I can make the decision to want to have something maybe because I really need it or that other person is planting ideas in me,... for example: I would like to do this, which is not the same as "I would like to do this because I need it to survive".

Rather, we can do without everything, now the one who can't do without is the EGO, hahahaha.

To whom, we have to confront it permanently because of course we are not any fools, no stupid people who are not going to like the good things, obviously yes, but when that turns into a loss, or a feeling of grief because we don't have it, there things change, I mean it's not that I want a watch that allows me to see the time, be on time, fulfill my activities, and also that I want to have it just for having it on my wrist showing it because it has two shiny, or it's gold or it has a special brand, anyway, how many things we see with all the globalization.

And the same, it happens to consume food, music, novels, books, movies, even the brands of whatever, one sees the product and if we don't see the pretty colors and it doesn't get in our eyes, we don't buy it, it's complicated because we, the human being, are often self-destructive.

By the way, this morning I went to do the market for the consmo of the week ahead...
