So first of all you have to decide whether you are serious about your health or not and whether you want to become fit or not? Because I have gone thru the process of weight loss. I think in most of the case people don't be serious because being healthy and fit is not their priority. If something is not in your priority, why would you be serious about that particular thing.
Do you think In most of the cases the reason behind loosing weight is looking smart and fit??
I think may be few people would prefer loosing weight for the sake of looking smart and fit. But I th6the ultimate goal of loosing weight should be for the sake of health.
When we realise we need to loose our weight? I think when our belly fat start showing, we feel tiredness, laziness and some medical issues start rising. Then the real challenge of a man start.
Loosing weight for the sake of being fit and smart, and loosing weight for the sake of being healthy should be the prime reasons for this particular purpose. Because I think looking smart is a dream of every person and if became smart and fit, every dress will suit you. Your confidence level and your self esteem will be high. On the other hand if you want to loose for the sake of your health then you will also become an altogether different person. You will be energetic. Diseases won't come to you. Your sleep will be better from others. You will not face medical issues like blood pressure and diabaties. A slim, smart and healthy person's sex performance on bed is outclass. Fatty person cannot match his sex power.

How I lost my 7kg Weight/ What Worked For Me
Few months ago when I started my weight loss journey, my weight was 77 kg. My height is 5 feet 7 inches and according to my height I was about 7 to 8 kg overweight. With the consistent hard work in doing different kinds of exercises and balanced diet, I lost more than 7 kg of my weight.I used to walk and run normally 10 to 15km daily. I did jym training for about three months in a row. I used to drink more than 3 litres water. I used to take very less sugar. My breakfast consisted of dry fruits most of the time. I avoided every item which was packed in a wrapper. I avoided dairy items like biscuits, cakes etc.
Before weight loss, the energy level was very low. I was a lazy guy and most of the time I delay my important tasks because of laziness. I often suffered from stomach gas, which made me feel really uncomfortable. But after loosing my 7 kg weight I feel very energetic and healthy. I have become a smart person. Now every dress suits me. When people ask me what is difference between a fatty and a smart person, I always respond them that life of a fatty person is dormant life while life of a smart person is an active life.

Final Thoughts
I think if you are interested in loosing your weight, one thing you must be kept in mind and that is consistency or in other wordsdiscipline. If you are a non serios person then you cannot do it. But if you have the courage to do same thing for a longer period of time , then you are the one who will accomplish your goals. You will have to follow a boring routine for longer period. But the results will surprise you. You would feel a complete difference before your weight loss and after your weight loss. I have done it with discipline and perseverance. You can also become fit, smart and healthy by following a balanced diet and by doing exercises regularly. So in the end I would say I lost my weight for both reasons, for my physical looks and for the sake of my health and I succeeded in it.
