few days ago, I took the time to take a break from my busy work schedule. Last week was truly draining, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
The end of this year has been full of challenges. This year in particular has been a challenging year, full of ups and downs. Many of the goals I set at the beginning of the year remain unfinished.
But for now, the most important thing is happiness. If you're feeling down, you definitely need an antidote. And that antidote is happiness with your family.
For example, I took my family to a park full of greenery. Fresh plants refresh the eyes, heart, and mind. I visited a beautiful place not too far from my house.
It's called ACD Park, a beautiful hillside with a stretch of tea plantations that are pleasing to the eye. There's a factory there that processes tea into packaged drinks in cartons, which you've probably bought at your local shop or convenience store. I won't mention the brand name. 🙂
For me, vacations are cheap. They don't have to cost a fortune. There are many things we can't buy with money. Inner happiness is the essence of a vacation.
The brain needs to be refreshed so that when we return to work, we feel better than before. Our motivation will be different, and our minds will be fresher. This will re-energize us to work.
Those of you who are currently working, struggling for your family, your parents, your friends, your siblings, yourself, and your loved ones, stay enthusiastic about your work.
Be sincere in your desire to make your loved ones proud of you, and stay humble. Refresh your heart with positive thoughts.
‎Stay away from toxic environments. And work with a smile on your face. May good things be with you all. Amen..
‎
That's all... thank you😇
