A pleasant day everyone!
It was Sunday morning when we went to Bogo City to buy essential things for our humble abode. One of those is feeds for our pigs which seemed to be our weekly routine. Either we bring our children or just us. This time, it's only me and my husband. We feel hungry when we're heading north so I suggested him to a certain place where this was his first and my third time to be here.
So today, I'm gonna take you to a spot where away from the bustle and hustle of the city, where you can relax and as well as dine with your loved ones. The spot I'm referring to is KAPENARRA, it is located at Malingin, Bogo City.
When you're going to Bogo City, it's actually on the left side. If you already know where CEBECO is, then it's not hard for you to track this place. Fee meters from there, there's a small way road and can actually cater up to four wheelers. You'll see a word, I love KAPENARRA (it will be nice here during the night because it has light around it) and an arrow. A few meters away, you'll see different colors of ribbons or cloth aligned beautifully seems like a sign of welcome, I guess๐ . Then get inside an open gate on the left side.
For the third time, I was still amazed! My eyes are sparking seeing how glorious is this day and the sight I have today.
Kapenarra is decorated with various kinds of bonsai. Bonsai is a Japanese term that means "tray planting" where one can train trees into dwarf plants with wire. It only has a small space pot meaning we have to water it regularly to maintain its growth. After a year or so, if a plant already followed the wire then it's good to cut the wire.
It is also a favorite spot for plantita and plantito (people who like most of the plants). Isn't it relaxing to see such vigorous and healthy plants while eating our meals? Well, I guess that is true. I 100% agree with this. After roaming around, we went inside but...
I was scrutinizing the outside exterior since it's been a year since I haven't visited this place. Indeed, there is plenty that has changed for the betterment of the business. They're more attractive and exclusive. Before, we can actually see the bonsai plants with the employees busy training it, now, it's been blocked by a series of bamboo shoots.
Then we got inside and ordered food. There are a lot of food and drinks to choose from.
This rigid and pretty Marmol is an electric fountain. I can watch it all day.
A few of their interior caught my attention. They have a clean and cozy ambiance. Which is perfect for couples or families who want to unwind.
I ordered Hungarian Sausage with egg and their signature coffee as well as their best-seller, the Kapenarra coffee and then I ordered him a Breaded Pork and a mango smoothie.
While eating, we're talking about our plans, and experiences in work. I have shared with him how's our mountaineering going, about school, and the children. He also shared his experiences in his business, the volatility of the vegetable prices, and his attended battle of sounds in our near sitio which he has spent of time and money. All I can do is support him in everything he likes to do, as long as he's happy and not compromising our needs.
Moreover, whenever I support him in his passion, he will do the same for me. Like, he allows me to go mountain climbing or bonding with my colleagues. Our relationship became more strong as we understood each other's passion. I already told him that we don't have the same passion, I am happy that you're happy with what you have and become now, and thank you for always supporting my passion, aside from teaching. The more we understand each other, the more no argument happens.
Without noticing the time and the food, I almost finished my food ๐ . Anyway, if you're a coffee lover, their Kapenarra coffee is a must-try.
That's all Hivers, and have a peaceful and lovely day with your partners. God bless!
