Hi! Everyone, I hope you are all doing okay. I am here again to continue my last blog.
The essence of heading home after attending a birthday celebration, our hearts are full of gratitude. As we say goodbye to the people who invited us and let us experience the wonderful adventures. I can't help but take a glance back at the beach, bringing home the memories and the happiness that still lingers in us as we are leaving this particular place. Walking in the sand and feeling the texture of it in my toes, wondering if when we will experience again this kind of camaraderie.
At almost 4 in the late afternoon, Ate Nadeth told us that we are leaving and we're heading home, because she have lots do to at home and her employees are waiting for her. We packed our things because even when we say no, we have no other means of transportation. We just hitched a ride remember?
When we reach at the road, there are some children asked us to pay for "bantay sakyanan" about 50 pesos. But we are not aware that there is such thing as that, there is no signage saying that we have to pay 50 pesos. If anyone knows about it, please leave a comment in the comment section.
We are heading home and suddenly the Ate Nadeth's driver asked our permission to head another route but still it will lead us home. He showed us another way and that's in Taba-aw. That was my first time travelling there and I am quite amazed of the road.
All I can say that this road seems like a rollercoaster, there are many exciting parts that you will go up and down. There are times that I hold my breath if the driver drive fast on the narrow rode. Because I'm afraid the we might fall off down the cliff.
Their are some parts also that seem like a chicken intestine, there are blind curves ahead. So if ever you will travel down this road, be extra careful.
And I cant deny the fact that the views from up there to the sea are so breathtaking.
So are the mountain views.
My nephew fell asleep after the almost whole day of swimming. He was totally burned out.
As we travel I notice the beauty and serenity of the place, and somehow I told my companion that the road there is so good for bike riders. That must be an exciting thrill, with all the ups and downs, twist and curves.
I'm still wondering where this road really led us . For many minutes of travelling we got out in front of labangon Barangay hall, and it was near our barangay already. So the road we travelled is actually a short cut.
Finally we reached home, but my slipper got sliced off due to the sharp edges of some rocks that made me stumbled on the beach. I really need to buy a pair of it.
That particular day brought new experiences for me and I was glad and surely appreciate the invitation. I enjoy the day more than the celebrant 🤣.
I will end my blog here and see you on my next blog. Have a good day everyone.
