It is not the size of the cup that matters, it is the quality of the cake inside...
Who's Birthday Krazzy?
Well my Hivonian friends. It is Sammi Jo's 15th Birthweek. I say week due to the fact that it is a best guess as we rescued her at three weeks (est) of age. You can see/read about the rescue of the kitten that changed and quite possibly saved our lives here.
The Sammi Jo Rescue
To say this Cat who is my soulmate is spoiled would be putting it mildly.
Show Me the D-Cups!
Gather the ingredients needed to complete the task of making the Cup Cakes.
Add 3 eggs and melted butter to the batter and mix.
Add the batter to the cup cake pan. In this case it is a stone wareβ’ cooking tray. Cat optional.
Place in a pre-heated oven @ 350Β° for 18-20 minutes.
Once out of the oven let the cup cakes cool before frosting them. We opted for the store bought frosting as it cuts the work load in half. Also it is pretty tasty.
So our #1 first rescue kitty turns 15 years old this week. I know our time together is growing shorter. She is still doing great for a 76 year old cat in cat years.
