Well thanks for asking my friendly hivonians.
What works for me is total immersion into a DYI project. Many times in my KrazzyTrukkin career that is now in its 34th year I have taken a break. Whether that break be by choice or forced. I have always been the git er dun kinda guy that tries to use this down time from the road as up time around the house. Very rarely have I had contractors come in and do things here.
The latest household maintenance repair was the hot water tank taking a shit right in the middle of my latest DYI project. Here is a couple fotos of the new install done by me.

And with the latest madness of selling my old truck to buy a newer model. It has been a fucking nightmare that I definitely needed a mental health escape from.
So here are a few fotos of the dog (kennel) "Dogio and Catio" that I built in the last two months. Straight up homestead style repurposing of used materials. Total cost was $29 usd. I had to buy a 25 foot roll of chicken coop wire.
