Weekends are always about little adventures, and this Sunday was no exception. Instead of going somewhere far, me and my boyfriend decided to give our trusty car the pampering it deserved. After all, it had just survived a long ride last week when we traveled to my hometown to celebrate the New Year with my family.
We headed to a nearby carwash center, and the carwash boy did an amazing job. He washed our car thoroughly with just the right amount of water and soap, and even vacuumed the interior to remove the stubborn furs left behind by my furbaby, Chow Chow Cardo. Seeing the car sparkle again felt so satisfying!
While waiting, we sat at the designated waiting area. From there, we had a clear view of the bustling pares and goto house right beside the carwash. People came and went, enjoying their meals, and I couldn’t help but think that it might be another business venture of the carwash owner. It was interesting to watch the flow of customers while our car was being pampered.
The service was not only thorough but also very affordable. We were so pleased with the outcome that we gave the carwash boy a tip. His smile of gratitude was priceless, a small gesture that made his day brighter and ours more meaningful.
Overall, it was a simple yet fulfilling Sunday experience. Sometimes, joy comes from the little things: a clean car, shared time with loved ones, and observing everyday life around us.
