Well, my husband does not have a great education but he is a leader, he has always been one; in his family he is the one who has made the most important decisions after the death of his father. His siblings consult him to make particular decisions. He has always worked in jobs where he has to be the boss and his way of being does not fit to be a worker in a company or a salaried employee.
In this quality you will really judge freely, your opinions are valid but I consider him to be very sincere. If something doesn't sit right with him, he will definitely not be slow to say it or make it known with his body language. The detail is that he borders on extreme sincerity; many times he has no filter to say things making them sound loud or hurtful.
He is the complete opposite of who I am since in the environment I operate in I often have to be political, impartial and even a mediator. He is never intimidated by anyone and if he loses a client, he loses him for being and saying what he thinks is right. I have observed how he puts so many idiotic people in their place, even to the point of insulting them, without holding back and I think that sometimes I would like to be like him. As a joke I tell him that it makes his soul purify quickly. He is not a violent person but he hates injustice, I have seen how he extends his hand to the most needy people without ever expecting anything in return.
