Hi everybody. It's almost the end of a working week, do you guys have any plans for this weekend? Many people spend the weekend cleaning the house, some people go shopping, some people go on vacation. As for me, I will choose to go to coffee in the morning and then relax. But today I will take people to drink coffee in my way, not to a certain cafe, order a cup of favorite coffee, sip and listen to some familiar music. Today I will take everyone to a cafe at Hai Van pass in my way. To prepare for a weekend coffee at Hai Van Pass, everything must be prepared the night before. Here's what to prepare:
- Bottled coffee (this is a salted, pre-bottled coffee, in Vietnam this type of coffee is very popular)
- A few ice cubes stored in the thermos
- Folding drinking cup
- A set of folding tables and chairs - this type is often used for camping
- A few bottles of filtered water
- Loudspeaker - a small speaker to chill in the middle of the mountain
- Camera - an indispensable item in my travels.
Everything was neatly packed on the motorbike from the night before because I left at 5 am to enjoy the early morning atmosphere. At 5 am, I left and picked up a friend to go with, the place I plan to drink coffee will be in the middle of Hai Van pass, so it's about 15km from my place, so just up the pass, I see the sunrise. The sun peeked behind but the winding bends, under the morning mist appeared a very wonderful scene. The early morning pass is an interesting experience for those who are passionate about motorbikes. The road is beautiful and there are no cars in the morning, so driving slowly through the winding bends, breathing in the fresh air, listening to the wind blowing and the cold weather in the early morning feels very enjoyable. I love it every time I drive here.

Hai Van Pass connects Hue and Da Nang and is not far from Da Nang, so this is an attraction for people on the weekend because there are mountains and forests, people can immerse themselves in nature, enjoy the fresh air. The pass is also very beautiful for people to check-in. On the pass road to Da Nang, there are many beautiful cafes where people can both drink coffee and enjoy the panoramic view of Da Nang city from above. These cafes are usually very crowded on weekends, so I do not choose to drink coffee there. There are empty fields next to the road to the pass towards the sea, so I can easily choose a place near the top of the pass to sit and drink coffee for myself. The place I choose can look out to the sea, in the distance is Da Nang city, still hidden in the morning mist, below the green pine forest pass. It can be said that the scenery here is mesmerizing enough. Especially in the morning, the weather is still cold, the sun peeks out behind the green pine forest, listening to some gentle music, sipping the taste of salted coffee, nothing can be more comfortable. I often choose Hai Van pass cafe when I want to be quiet, need a quiet space to relax my mind, sit and chat with friends about life or work. In Da Nang, 2 places can take you away from the bustling city, the main smog is Hai Van pass and Son Tra peninsula. Each place has its interesting things, but Hai Van gives me a more comfortable feeling because this place is larger, can watch the sunrise, and stay in the cool air all day.

After a week of hard work, I often take time for myself to relax like this. Find yourself a secluded place, be it a beach, a pass, or next to a river where you can mingle with nature, sit and chat with a few close friends. Moments like these help me relax and regain my spirit for the next working week. I always like a balanced life between work and rest, so usually weekends are always very precious to me, I always prioritize weekends to spend a relaxing coffee time like this or to visit Break a new location. Hope my article will help you have more options for the weekend. Looking forward to getting more people to share. Hope the Hive community has a nice weekend. See you all in the next post.
