If I had three minor children... My daughters are already adult women, but I do have nephews under 10 years old whom I adore and who love to come to my house when they are in my care and when it comes to entertaining them, I take them to the movies or to the amusement park, where they have a lot of fun and distraction or maybe we go for a delicious ice cream, they like this a lot.
But if we stay at home, I prepare a delicious meal and popcorn for them and let them help me, this is a good way to entertain them, then I let them choose a movie, especially with the children.
We played beauty salon with the girl, she let me do her hair and makeup to her liking, then it was my turn to do her hair and makeup.
When they get bored and believe me they get bored very quickly, it's time to play puzzles, tell stories or play a board game like jenga, memory, ludo.
