For no one in my social circle is a secret that I love mountain hiking and that this was my pastime every Sunday when I was single and still lived in Venezuela I had the joy of living in the capital where the national park El Avila is located, since 7 years ago I moved to live in the coastal area of Ecuador as ironic as it may seem .... And at least near here there are no mountains for hiking (some time ago I went to a mountain that I was invited, but it was a totally unpleasant experience, which I would never repeat nor recommend). It is something that I really miss doing, when I saw the topics for this week I was surprised to see that the administrator of this great community is from Australia 😃 and when I read the question I was open mouthed to see the amount of variety of activities that can be done in this country, a wonder but being a hiker at heart I was inevitable to go to the internet to look for pictures of the mountains for hiking in Australia I fell in love with those majestic landscapes my God no doubt it would be a pleasure a joy to be able to do this weekend hiking in its majestic mountains, in the company of my husband would certainly be the perfect way to celebrate Australia Day and also the perfect date 😁 I did not imagine so much beauty, being honest I would like to meet and sightseeing there, after seeing so many pictures on the internet, without further ado Happy Australia Day dear Hive account@galenkp, have a great time, for my part I will be leaving some photos of my hiking tours in Venezuela and some photos of my vacations 2023 which was certainly away from the coast but in Ecuador in its mountainous area, certainly the best of last year for me.
