Easter is a big event for our family. There is a lot going on in church and people are pretty happy but the kids want to have fun. I think this is part of the holiday that should not be left out. They deserve to have some fun and celebrate.
The good and bad thing about working with eggs is that they are easy to break. The best thing about working eggs is if they are broke you can always eat them.
We couldn't very far without breaking an egg. My son still wanted to spin them even though they were cracked.
Everybody designed there pwn egg with simple markers and let them dry. Then we took them for a sin. This green egg can spin for over a minute. The other eggs had difficulty staying up that long.
My son said he learned to spin them by playing with top blade spinners with his friends. It looks easy, but I had difficulty spinning the eggs that well.
After a long weekend we enjoyed winding down by playing together. After this it looks like homework, baths and a little story before going to bed.
