My week has been wonderful, even the tense moments have flowed, I sense it has to do in some ways with how I closed the previous weekend.

Yes, this is my motto. Everything that happens to me is energy, so the energy of a good moment, of a pleasant experience prepares me to keep vibrating high and creating the best possible moments.
And since life is not going to ask us for permission to happen, events just happen unexpectedly, even if we have planned a good weekend.
For example, once I decided to go to the mountain and although the weather forecast was that the sun would toast me, the opposite happened, it rained so hard that I could not advance much, it was a real disaster trying to go down without falling a couple of times, until I arrived home soaked and with a cold. That week I had the flu, I was a little slow, of course that influenced the weekend in my next week. However, with the flu I recognize that it was a great week, because I took it upon myself to keep vibrating high through my attitude and decision to feel good.
I had the joy of going to the beach with 2 dear friends this past weekend.
There was no shortage of shared laughter, listening to each other's stories, celebrating that we hadn't seen each other for a while, eating delicious food, diving into the warm and crystal clear water, falling asleep in the sun, exfoliating our skin with the sand, ahh and scheduling and setting a date for another trip together.
Spending the day at the beach with them was delicious, it made me create my next minutes. My week went by with that feeling of freedom, of having friends and feeling energetic.
