I can remember the day very clearly now. I was sitting in a conference room and was due to watch a speech from a well-known YouTuber conspiracy theorist about aliens. I was very excited to be going because the youtube videos were always very exciting and lively. Who doesn't like listening about aliens and UFOs?
I even brought my girlfriend along with me for some company. Of course, I wasn't in the alien "scene" and didn't dare to tell anybody that I was going to see a conspiracy theorist live. I was worried about what they would think about me.
I was generally trusting of the government and thought they had our best interests at heart. So why would I listen or trust a conspiracy theorist anyway?
I remember the moment very vividly though when my reality started to crumble. A guy sat next to me. He looked very shaky and nervous. I thought he was a bit weird. He started saying some things to me, I was not really understanding what he was saying or the meaning exactly of what he was saying.
But I started to understand that he thought I was one of them. Someone who believes in conspiracy theories. I tried to just laugh it off inside because this guy was totally paranoid and didn't look in a good way.
The event started and it was an interesting presentation. My weird neighbor kept talking to me and saying some weird things though, it was hard to ignore him. Then at one point, he said to me, "have you met them yet?"
"Met who? What are you on about?" I said.
He proceeded to tell me about the meetings with aliens and that they are all around us. The government knows all about it at Roswell and has the technology. After the presentation, we quickly got up and left our weird friend as quickly as we could, he made me feel uneasy.
The speaker was mingling with the crowd and signing autographs and taking photos. He was telling people to stay behind for a live satellite link-up to start soon.
Then a colleague from work spotted me and said "Steve, what are you doing here? I didn't realise you were also a fan."
I mentioned that yeah I'm just here for entertainment, but it was an interesting presentation. It felt awkward that I was seen at the event but also I now had other thoughts about this work colleague. I had no idea he was a believer in aliens.
As we were leaving, we were suddenly grabbed from behind by some large men and lifted off our feet, and swiftly taken to a side room. It all happened so quickly, no amount of Krav Maga could have saved us.
Suddenly we were restrained and sat down. My colleague appeared along with the nervous guy. They spoke quietly to each other and we couldn't make out what they were saying.
My colleague then asked, "How did you find out about this?"
"About what? What are you on about? " I replied.
I then learned that most of the population is under some sort of mind-control and that they use these "events" to catch those who do not react correctly to their control programs.
They were surprised that I had not been watching Love Island or know what had happened on the news today. We clearly were not responding correctly to their mind control programming. This was not a good sign. People did warn me about going to watch presentations about alien encounters but I hadn't expected this to happen.
I understood from the guy that we were some sort of malfunction and that we would be replugged back into the system. Whilst under the alien control we were only thinking this was our reality, but in fact, our life forces were being drained in order to provide electromagnetic energy to the alien's home planet. This way, they could get zero emissions energy without any pollution back home.
I thought this was not a great way to learn how the aliens had decided to share their technology with us, to enslave us. The next minute I woke up and it was a new day. There were no signs of our previous encounter. I went to work as normal. I saw the colleague but he acted as though he never recognised me.
My girlfriend never mentioned the presentation we went to the day before. It was strange, I could remember everything. Not only that, I started noticing things very acutely. I could see how people were moving more slowly and acting very robotically. This wasn't normal. I wasn't sure if I was still dreaming or the world was turning into a nightmare.
Thanks for reading.
