Yesterday at 4:50 A.M, (I stop very early to start working at 6:00 A.M), I review this week's proposals in The Weekend community and since then in my mind I start to recapitulate the meaning that the decentralized social network Hive has for me.
I have made a lot of mistakes, for not paying attention to many rules, I have seen positive and negative criticisms towards the social network, with and without foundations, I have suffered creative blocks as well as at times I have an excess of ideas and proposals that are mixed between them and I have not known how to express them in my writings.

I have gotten into trouble with my neighbors when trying to cover some initiative in Hive, some do not understand what a post is, I also comment that many times I get frustrated when I do not have electricity or when the Internet service is suspended for no reason (I live in Venezuela), so I can not publish in a timely manner.

From a very early age I have liked to write, express myself on paper and transmit ideas, the platform has given me the opportunity to do so digitally and with many tools, thus getting to be read in many parts of the world by all members of the communities to which I belong and others who read (like me) publications that are of interest to me.
Given this, I have to say that my commitment with Hive is to offer quality in my publications, adding that additional ingredient called value and trying not to harm anyone with my opinions and concepts. I also nourish myself with the feedback I receive and learn from all the members of the different communities in Hive.

Within Hive, I have been a cook, a film critic, a music critic, a photographer, I have given management and financial advice, I have given emotional intelligence advice (within limits of course), a frustrated short story writer, a collage artist, a chronicler of the needs of the people, a cathartic, and on and on.
Everything expressed has made it possible for me to exercise mentally, and that speaks very well of the platform.
As I said before, I have always written, which allows me to have a variety of ideas that can be useful in the writing of my publications. I have an important amount of books in my library that I have consulted, I also appeal to my experiences and even to those of my circle of personal friends, and why not say it, I have been inspired by other authors who make life in Hive, with their ideas and words, all this without falling into plagiarism or gross copying.

As for what time to write I must say that for me it is not important the time, many times I get up in the morning and go directly to the computer to write, or grab my notebook and write down some idea that just occurred to me to develop it the next day.
My words slowly begin to emerge from my mind and I write the ideas in the order in which they appear so as not to forget them, then I dedicate myself to order them in a logical way to establish a coherent publication and that it is not of heavy reading, since my idea is that the subject treated is interesting, pleasant and easy to understand.

I use communities such as Pixabay, Creative Commons, and Tenor to illustrate my publications. I take care that the images are: copyright free, public domain, or can be used as long as proper attribution is given to the author. I also use my own images taken with cameras and cell phones, I even learned to design gifs.
Within my limitations with the Internet I respond to all comments made to me, as well as vote positively when the comment is to my liking or when I think it will contribute something of interest to what I raise in my publication. This, besides being a rule of good manners, works as a strategy to gain more followers.

Apart from researching and looking for new publications of interest, I support the followers that I have captured for more than a year, I reblog to give more exposure to many publications that stand out for their originality and didactic character.
My voting power generally decreases by 20% daily and so the next day it returns to 100%, I dose it that way because the more voting power I have my retribution is usually higher and if I exceed it may come a time when I have no power to vote avoiding this to be able to cure other publications and receive adequate rewards for my work, and to reach 100% again, in the hypothetical case of consuming 100%, it would take a week in which this would return to normal, in that period of time my vote would have only a symbolic value that would not increase my Hive Power and therefore does not generate a monetary value.
I recognize that I have not grown in Hive as I should have because despite receiving good rewards and growing in my level of credibility I have had to use much of the Hive and Hive Dollars obtained to cover certain basic needs, and this is where I consider this decentralized platform of great help because thanks to it here in my country many creators have been able to help their family to survive by using these funds obtained. Of course, the ideal would be to convert a large percentage of Hive and Hive Dollars in Hive Power to obtain greater rewards through the curation of our posts, but dear reader, this is often difficult in a country with such high inflationary levels as Venezuela.
I have found the platform interesting, because it has helped me to understand the world of cryptocurrency and the buying and selling of them, as a broker I daily review the value of Bitcoin and I know that if it rises the value of Hive rises and I can make profits in the exchange of it to local currency and then change it to dollars, however if the Bitcoin falls, the value of Hive falls, this being an indicator for us to buy Hive and wait for the time when the Hive rises to make a financial decision. I note here that we will always have the option to invest in Hive Power.

Within the Hive communities, I have met wonderful people who with their advice and comments have encouraged me to improve my content, they give me that word of encouragement that I need so much and I look forward to move forward because I feel inspired and grateful.
Today more than ever I feel committed to the platform and the communities that make it up, we are great, intuitive, productive, positive and innovative.
Best regards to all the administrators and moderators of the different communities, I admire your effort to organize and believe in what you do. I think it is hard and rewarding work.
, many congratulations for your work consolidating a community that offers good vibes, is enriching and gives us that great opportunity to create every week. Onward!
