My friend speaks to people head-on, is very sincere and direct. These qualities have brought her a series of work and personal problems.
When she talks to other people, they often feel it as criticism, disapproval and rejection. It is an excess of sincerity where she seems to lose assertiveness and empathy, and in my opinion this makes her involuntarily hurt people. She is quite perfectionist and demanding at work.
Important people within the work area have realized how effective this person is in their activities and therefore has been rewarded with several bosses, there, is where lies the drawback, I notice that she at the level of dealing with his subordinates speaks very loudly and earns the disapproval of his staff, which to feel offended hinder the professional work.
I have spoken with her on several occasions to correct these attitudes towards others, so that she can get her ideas across to people in a more friendly way, without falling into the field of discussion or disrespect at work, so that her relationship with others is more bearable.
Although I have also been a victim of her attacks of sincerity, I have to recognize that she is an excellent collaborator, honest and almost always brings a smile to my face. I have realized that her support and dedication to what she does is invaluable and she has been a key and fundamental piece in many work projects, without demanding any recognition.
She is able to organize meetings between departments in different areas to discuss projects, help to obtain resources and even collaborate in project planning. She does not have a university degree but has a special gift for solving administrative, planning and methodological problems. In particular, he has not disappointed me and has given me support to develop professionally.

She has earned my trust with her daily actions towards me, her attention and camaraderie.
However, her behavior towards other people and sometimes towards me, make me see her as Dr. Jeckill and Mr. Hyde, but I consider her my friend and if I appreciate her it must be with her virtues and flaws.
