Generally, my workday can be full of worries, whether it is due to lack of cash flow in the company, some collections that have not been able to be made, studying how to position a product in the market and many other things inherent to my job.
When I finish my work I am crazy to get home, I arrive and many times I have to heat water to take a bath, (since the service of the precious liquid is almost always interrupted).
In particular, I am not an animal lover, but in December we adopted a kitten that was left abandoned, cold and hungry. I looked at her with suspicion at first, but little by little she gained a place in our home. Every time I arrive in the evenings this little feline waits for me at the door of my home, she has established a friendly interaction with me, a kind of mutual pact where we respect each other. Her purring has a positive effect on me as it encourages a good mood.
After bathing and putting on more comfortable clothes, I start to play with her a little bit, the kitty hides and I look for her, we play with a little blanket that my wife sewed for her, and she bites and scratches it, fights with a little dinosaur that was my daughter's and now is one of the toys that the little pet likes the most. She shows signs of affection and sits next to us (my daughter, my wife and I) to keep us company watching TV and in some cases hunting bugs like spiders, mosquitoes and flies.
Afterwards, it is time for dinner, sometimes I cook and prepare the dinner myself, helping in the preparation of sandwiches, some oatmeal, and even pizza, but almost always this task is done by my wife and my daughter.
However, before dinner, we prepare food for the little kitty which we usually eat only twice a day.
When we sit at the table we share the food, we leave the cell phones in the rooms. At that time we pay attention to the conversations that arise between us, we support each other as a family in case of problems, and we strengthen our union, so that we all feel important spending time together.
Once dinner is over my wife and daughter sit down to watch on TV some program that might be on cable, I sit down at the computer and start checking the decentralized social network Hive Blog, where I always find something interesting to read in one of the communities I belong to, and possibly motivate me to write a blog in one of them. Writing on Hive makes me particularly creative and always serves as a catharsis for me. When I'm not checking my communities in Hive I watch a movie I've had pending to analyze and comment it in the social network, read a book or listen to an album of my favorite artists which also allows me, in addition to relax, to write an article in this same decentralized social network.
All these activities allow me to get away from the hustle and bustle of work, without trying to do it I do cat therapy which helps me to combat stress, anxiety and also manages to raise my spirits, I share dinner with my family every night so we create values, we accompany each other and nurture our family ties.
When I read, watch a movie, listen to music, review Hive Blog and write an article I activate my creativity and regulate my emotions.
