No photos of the day we were at Brightwater parkrun so here is a screen shot of our run around the lake.
At Coomera I was wearing the orange t shirt again for the first timer brief and was right at back of the large field nursing an niggling injury.

North Lakes is 3 laps of the lake. I was still struggling with an injury and was trying not to get lapped.
Kinscliff is the most eastly parkrun in Australia which you need to do as part of the Australian compass challenge. We only have 2 of the 4 to date. Australia is a big place.
Redcliffe is a nice foreshore course, we were there celebrating one of our club mates doing there 250 parkrun on a cold winters morning. No photos but I was able to get a few screenshots off of a video one of the volunteers made of us.
We were at Warwick parkrun for there Winter onesies weekend. It was harder than I thought to run the 5km in it but it definitely helped with the cold.
I was caught out at Paradise Point parkrun breaking my own number one rule never check your watch and time until you have exited the finish area as it ruins any possible photos.
All photos in this post have to be credited to the parkrun volunteer photographers who give up there run and time each week so I get to see what I actually look like while running.

parkrun is a not for profit community event held every weekend. It started in England and has now spread to over 20 countries world wide. If there is not one near you, I would have a look at helping start one so I can come and visit you.
