Happy week my dear Hivers! You are all welcome to read about my weekend adventures and anecdotes.
I love Madrid and I go sightseeing whenever I can visiting emblematic places of the city.
This Saturday I wanted to prepare something special for my partner by inviting him to the Royal Botanical Garden to relax for a while contemplating the beauty of nature and enjoying all the variety of species of plants and trees present in this beautiful space.
With the arrival of spring the trees have once again unfolded their greenery and the flowers have come to life delighting us with their beautiful shapes and colors, so I take advantage of every moment of spring to connect and be inspired by the beauty of nature.
Discovering the spaces of the Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid
Seeing the beautiful tulips of different colors, observing the millenary art of the Bonsai and the colorful trees like the tree of love was a spectacle for my eyes.
As an anecdote I want to tell you that for a moment I felt at home, in Puerto Ordaz (Venezuela), since one of the spaces of the Garden is dedicated to tropical plants of Latin America.
For a moment I was transported to my beloved city by the climate and the characteristic humidity in the Estufa de las Palmas with plants that I usually saw in my city, which many of my neighbors have.
The Bonsai Terrace is composed of the most important Bonsai collection in Spain with trees that are between 50 and 100 years old made by masters of this art.
In the pond of aquatic plants a family of ducks was swimming with joy. The mother was looking after each of her children who competed for the food thrown to them by the tourists and with the carp fish that filled the pond with a striking orange color.
If you go to Madrid you definitely have to visit it, it is a must-see tourist site.
I hope you enjoyed my post, I send you a big hug and good vibes.
See you in the next post ๐.
