I was attracted to this topic upon my first sighting of it and to my greatest shock, i actually taught of writing on something similar due to the bad news i heard this week which is related to this word called PSYBERCRIME...
From what i have learnt over the years i think cyber crime is not just limited to crimes involving computers alone, it has advanced a lot over the years and now cyber crimes can be committed using both computers and mobile phones...
The rate at which PSYBERCRIME is increasing in my country is quite alarming and i think if extra measures are not taken soon, a lot of lives will be destroyed and also the death rates of young youths in my country will be increasing everyday due to the extra lengths they have gone to to make cyber crime easy for them...
On this topic i will be using my country, it's youths and our government as a case study...
Over the years a lot of youths have gone from not just being lazy but have grown into a complete FRAUDSTER, when i talk about fraud which is an example of psyber crime, i meant most of Nigerian youths have taken a liking and interest in fraud and over here it has a particular name it is being called...
Over here in my country, this particular psyber crime is called YAHOO YAHOO and the guys and girls involved are called YAHOO GUYS AND GIRLS...
Yahoo yahoo is an internet fraud, a yahoo guy/girl uses a fake identity to scam people all over the world and that to from different countries of their monies and possessions...
The young youths of my country have chosen to not only just become lazy, they have also chosen to become fraudsters of the highest order which is a huge crime not only in nigeria but in other countries also...
They want to live large without working hard, without earning their money in sweats and tears, all they are after is to live big and spend big money that even both their father and grandfather haven't spent in their entire existence...
Apart from the fact that our leaders and governments are a major factor that has lead our youths into the world of psyber crime, some youths have chosen to become naturally lazy, they want a means to fast money and that too without hardwork and honest ways of earning it...
Greed and laziness has lead many youths into psyber crime and in some cases it is situation and peer pressure, i am not supporting the fact that psyber crime is a good act, i am only stating the things that can and has made our youth join in this criminal act...
Years ago yahoo yahoo was just something that involves just the use of fake identity to scam people, the identity used are mostly that of the whites, it is used to scam different people through different dubious means which is illegal...
Over the years our youth have become not just only lazy, they have become excessively greedy and now they have decided to go to the extreme lengths to make psyber crime easy and quick without getting noticed or figured out by their maga which is called a client in their own terms...
Young youths of my country have decided to go all fetish(charms) now because of yahoo yahoo, they are tired of getting small pennies and now they are after the big monies for which they have now decided to go into black magic to make their scamming easy and big...
Thanks to this new ways of getting bigger monies, a lot of youths who are into yahoo yahoo have died untimely death and that is because of what they have done just make easy and unclean money...
Thanks to psyber crimes lives are being lost and properties are being lost too and all this is as a result of the persistent increase in the rate of psyber crimes...
Lots of suicide have been recorded especially the victims of this acts and it is high time our government take up extra measures to curb this world of psyber crimers...
I am scared of having to witness and hear of more deaths of young youths because of psyber crimes which to them is an easy snd faster way of making big money, why all this when you can go out there and put your skills into good use...
Not everyone in this country is a government worker, some people took up a trade and now they are entrepreneurs and also self employed and now they give job opportunities to the masses...
If care is not taken, there will be millions of death recorded every year due to the high rise of psyber crimes...
This need to be curbed and controlled, psyber securities need to be made strong and almost impossible to be bypassed by this criminals and fraudsters...
The only way this will reduce and maybe put to alt is when there is strong and tighten psyber security one that will be managed and handled by the professionals...
We need to take extra measures to put an end to the world of psyber crimes and then we can work on our leaders when it comes to generation of job opportunities...
In summary, with strong and powerful psyber security, it will be near impossible to scam people of their monetary assets and properties and also at the same time, LIVES AND PROPERTIES OF THE MASSES WILL BE PRESERVED, not just the lives of victims but also the lives of our young youths who have taken a liking and interest in psyber crimes...
In conclusion, we are crying out loud for maximum psyber security to reduce the rate of destroyed lives and properties of the masses, this issue needs immediate attention and also the call for psyber security... The end...
