I am sharing the life hacks, how I discovered how to go through them, and how to solve some of the biggest financial problems during this troubled time. I hope people's lives will be different once this virus is wiped out forever.
I am facing the biggest life hack right now and am not too sure where the whole world, which has been battling Corona for the past few years, will stand in the next year, or two, or maybe three, compared to how it was doing two years ago. I keep thinking at night about my future and that of my loved ones. What will happen to my friends and relatives? I wonder if I will ever get a job or before I lose all my hopes and maybe sell fruits on the footpath because I am one of those unfortunate people who do not get any unemployment allowance.
But I’m fortunate in that I can work as an amateur writer even outside of the office and earn a few dollars to keep going. No, I don’t mean that I withdraw my earnings from this site to pay my bills, but at least it keeps me busy. I am writing this post in the hope of getting a job soon.
I am getting support from my family, but I have many unemployed friends who have no source to get money from anywhere, and I really feel sorry for them. Many of my friends have also lost their hopes of getting a job and are planning desperately for an alternate source of income.
The recruiting agency through whom I had hoped for a job ended last December when they informed me that the financial sector was not recruiting anymore, at least for the time being. The coronavirus has hit the economy hard. In such a situation, when I need a job, there is no recruitment in the financial sector for the time being.
There is much speculation about the future but it all depends on how governments and societies handle the coronavirus and the economic impact of this epidemic. Hopefully, we will emerge from this crisis as better, more humanistic people, and this situation will not last forever. But can anyone assure us that there won’t be a much worse situation?
In such a situation, whenever I hear from my recruiting agency that finding a job in a bad job market can be a painful process, do not ignore any job offer where you are getting a lower salary than your previous package. Keep in mind that this is only for a short time. When things become normal again, you will get a job based on your skills and profile. That’s fine, but nothing has happened so far.
But what was my biggest problem?
No kidding. That's really true. You're paying your own bills through this. It's not a pleasant experience.

Most people in India depend on housing finance for investment property. This means the disaster caused by the coronavirus epidemic on humans and the poor economy means many people are under a lot of financial pressure. Millions of people have lost their jobs in companies around the world, especially in the financial sector, because this epidemic has destroyed their businesses.
As an unemployed person, I felt it was difficult to pay the instalments of the house loan I had taken 4 years ago, especially when I had yet to get possession of the house. The rent from the house would help me pay part of the instalments. So what was my solution?
Either I borrowed money from my family or I withdrew funds from my provident fund account. Let me mention here that I was eligible to withdraw from the provident fund as per EPFO rules for payment of a home loan. I knew that by withdrawing this amount, I would face a lot of problems later in life, but this was the best solution I had.

Finally, I must admit that because of this pandemic and losing my job, I have had a lot of problems. I was having a good time until the virus broke, but today I was sitting at home doing household chores, writing applications, and appearing for interviews. But I can’t deny that the coronavirus has made me a lot more self-reliant. Now I don’t depend on a weekly cleaning service but do it myself. I am cooking more rather than eating out or ordering food online. No more junk food on a regular basis, but back to basic food habits. I am not a regular boozer, but I know a few people who used to drink regularly who have given up and are living a normal life.
The coronavirus has definitely put a stop to my unnecessary shopping sprees. I have hardly bought any clothes in the last two years. I have stopped buying on impulse, but only what I must buy. You know, they say singles live a messy life, but after the coronavirus, I understand the importance of cleanliness more than ever before and have developed habits that should help me live a better life.
