"Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths." - Etty Hillesum
Every now and then living in the moment and resting a bit can be productive too.
Slow down, buddy!
Take in the sights, a few deep breaths, sit and reminisce for a while, listen to some music, maybe read a book, whatever tickles your fancy. You just can't be on the run all day, you shouldn't actually.
We're humans after all, we are flawed and limited; yet, it's our species that's also capable of miracles.

I've been taking it easy these past two days. I took care of my weekly to-do list a day early, just so that I could relax.
Yet, I haven't been fully inactive though. In the past 24 hours, I've talked to over 15 people for business purposes, having sent hundreds of messages that include information and the usual sales talk. The main goal is to try and persuade people to purchase our goods and services. It's been a slow week actually, not too many sales, and our business's social media activity is on the low as well. But, that hasn't stopped our activities and ad publication. We're still pushing products, along with top-notch content.
The weather is quite pleasant actually. Heavy rain pays us a visit once a week, keeping the weather cool and windy; just how I like it. And "winter is coming", here I am waiting eagerly.
These days, during my off-hours, I'm either reading, watching a movie, or playing some video games.
The book that I'm reading at the moment is the The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene, the concise edition. I've read some books that are quite in-your-face, but they are surely not as straightforward compared to this one. The messages here are true, but there's darkness there too, about the obscure characteristics of human nature and manipulative ways.
The concise edition gets straight to the point, no bullsh*t. And even though I like it when people are being blunt, this one book and edition, however, is a bit too undiplomatic.
Usually, I read for about 15 minutes to 40 minutes whenever I get the time. But for this book, I'm taking a different approach, I'm doing 5 pages a day, right before I go to sleep. One key message a day is the way to go with this book, I'd say.
The other day I also watched The Equalizer 3 movie, starring Denzel Washington. And I'm glad I watched it. Nowadays most action films are all topsy-turvy, and even though The Equalizer series is a bit "unrealistic", most of the scenes at least hold a bit of composure, logic, and meaning; which is definitely a rare combination. I've watched the first two films as well, and I thought the third one would be a bit too crazy, but I guess I was wrong.
I don't usually watch a lot of movies, but when I do, I make sure that I've done my research. And if I really like it, then the movie has surely done something right.
Another busy day and week ahead, starting tomorrow. I'll be seeing you all after another 7 days or so, I guess.
