Visit to the dentist✨🦷😁
Greetings friends of Hive and dear community of weekend experiences ✨.
This time I would like to share with you about my Saturday, as I had the opportunity to go to the dentist, for quite some time I did not go and I knew very well that I needed to go.
What motivated me to say "you have to go to the dentist", a discomfort in the lower left gum, just where the wisdom tooth should come out.
So I decided not to ignore the discomfort and organize myself to go to a doctor's office and have a cleaning and take the opportunity to find out if the discomfort is due to the wisdom tooth.
I spent the last week asking for prices to get an estimate on expenses. Fortunately for me I got a place that was on their 15th anniversary, so they had discounted prices for consultation and cleaning, in the dental area. So I made an appointment for Saturday.
At the site there were balloons that read "anniversary discount" and "we are on anniversary"
I have a small baby, so I arranged for her dad to take care of her, so I could go, because going to the office with the baby, only the two of us were going to do the teeth cleaning process, impossible.
Saturday arrived, I went to the place, I had an appointment for 10am, it took a little longer, so I waited.
When it was time for the consultation I had the cleaning, this procedure for me is not painful, it gives me some sensitivity, what I hate the most is the feeling it gives in my teeth and the sound it makes. I also had the restoration of a tooth because of a cavity. The doctor was very kind and attentive, which makes the consultation feel more pleasant. I asked if the cause of the discomfort in the gum is the wisdom tooth, and apparently it could be the problem, but it does not look like it is coming out at the moment, so I would have to have a dental panoramic, which is an x-ray to see the location of the teeth and thus know how the wisdom tooth is coming, also, I asked prices to have an estimate on the extraction of a wisdom tooth.
That day I left there in a very good mood, I felt taken care of, I felt that I did one of the things I had planned for before the end of the year and I can now get organized for the extraction of the wisdom tooth, which makes me feel motivated and at the same time relieved that I was able to advance something of what I wanted to do.
And you, what feelings have you had when you leave the dentist's office? What sensations have you had when you are undergoing a dental intervention?
