Yesterday afternoon, while all the shopping centers were packed with consumers looking for a Black Friday sale, I decided to stop by Lluis Cadafalch atelier as he was having an open-door day together with some of his space sharing artists.
I met Lluis three years ago while exploring NFTs for the first time. I contacted him as I wanted to help creators get into the space directly, instead of having to use the existing platforms which requested a long verification period and considerable commissions back then.
Lluis is an illustrator who has created several painting collections, you can see him in action in this video on his Instagram account.
He has also created a series of poems and paintings which is part of an itinerant exposition visiting some of the libraries in town. The poems are in Catalan but you can take a look and try to translate the text with an online translator if you like to know what they express.

And its published book and Instagram account.
I loved spending time listening to him while he was explaining the story behind some of his art, how he created it, where it had been exposed and what was the creation process.
Unfortunately, we never ended up teaming up to launch the NFT area of his webpage, but yesterday we started chatting about it again and we have decided to give it another try early next year now that there are many new tools to help deploy the smart contract and create a small minting site.
