Hello and howdy to all the people in this lovely community. How are you today? For today, I will share with you how I spent my weekend with my family. For me, family matters most. Spending time with them means a lot. We may seem so busy but pausing for a while and a little spent with our family is a great decision.
Last weekend, my sister asked me to accompany her to Bogo City to buy some necessities at home. And because she had her two lovely daughters with her, I can't say no. I want to accompany her and spend some time with my two nieces.
At 9:30 in the morning, we went to Bogo City. Going to Bogo City, there are a lot of options to choose from. You can have your private motorcycle or private car or you can also ride in a bus or tricycle for hire. Riding on a bus is a lesser price compared to a tricycle for hire but we opted to choose a tricycle ride to Bogo City.
It was my first time riding on a tricycle with my nieces with me. I never had the chance to go with them before. While we were inside the tricycle, my nieces were too playful, they wanted to always stand and wanted to go here and there which is very risky might go off the edge if they were not blocked right away.
Arriving in Bogo City, one of the all-time favorite foods for the kids will be Jollibee. Before we bought the necessities that my sister needed, we made sure that our tummy would be full-packed so that the kids would not ask for other foods.
While waiting for our order, I can see the joy on their lovely faces. Seeing them enjoying the food makes our hearts flutter and jump for joy. We could not visit the place all the time so if we had the chance to visit Bogo City, we always made sure that the kids could try this. We were not born rich, so if there was an extra budget that's the time we can travel to the place.
After eating, we went straight to Metro Bogo to buy the things that my sister needed. It's my first time going with them with my nieces, and I can say that it's not easy bringing our kids with us. They will touch whatever things they see and it's a risky thing because might break glass things and good as sold.
While my sister is having a hard time choosing, I would let them ride on a push cart so that they would enjoy and forget to touch things around the place. Letting them enjoy the things like this makes them laugh so hard. It's not easy though but I am also enjoying and spending quality time with them.
After choosing a rice cooker and thermos, we had to buy for grocery on the ground floor. Getting things we needed is our topmost priority so we just have a quick grocery. Kids enjoy riding on a push cart rather than choosing foods and chocolates by themselves.
One thing that the kids love to go to Bogo City is the rides @J and L store which is just new for them. One of my aunts happened to mention that there's a new store near Metro Bogo that also offers rides for the kids. When kids heard about it, they were very excited to go to Bogo City for the hidden agenda.
When we arrived at the store, they automatically wanted to ride on it. We had to place 2 - new 5 peso coins for some of the rides, while some needed 2 - old 5 peso coins for about 3mins. And one ride needs 1 - 20 peso coins for about 5mins.
It was exhausting for us to follow the kids always yet seeing them so happy and enjoying is so fulfilling. Let them have this chance of enjoyment while they are still young.
My Realizations
It was a wonderful weekend with my sister and my nieces. We enjoyed ourselves a lot which we seldom do. Having quality time with my family is always the best feeling.
