Amigos hoy los voy a llevar a recorrer la calle más famosa de Bogotá, Colombia...
Mejor conocida como La Séptima, es la calle que cruza esta ciudad completamente.
Los domingos se crea orgánicamente algo llamado el "Septimazo", y hay un montón de cosas alrededor de la calle que son geniales, encuentras gran variedad de comida, artesanía, arte, música y artistas callejeros que nos alegran la vista.
Friends today I am going to take you to walk the most famous street in Bogotá, Colombia ...
Better known as La Séptima, it is the street that completely crosses this city.
On Sundays something called the "Septimazo" is organically created, and there are a lot of things around the street that are great, you find a great variety of food, crafts, art, music and street artists that make our eyes happy.
Comenzamos nuestra caminata por el área donde están todos los vendedores y creadores increíbles...Para este paseo nos acompañó a mi esposo y a mi, nuestra amiga Reina que llegó de Venezuela hace una semana y nos reencontramos con ella acá.
We began our walk through the air where all the incredible vendors and creators are ... For this tour, my husband and me, our friend Reina who arrived from Venezuela a week ago and we meet her here again
Hay variedad de comida callejera,me llamaron la atención dos puestos en particular, que tenían venta de choripanes y exhibían todos sus productos y otros de sandwich hecho con parte de la cabeza del cerdo.
Arman como unos triángulos con al carne de la cabeza del cochino y la meten dentro del pan.
There is a variety of street food, two stalls in particular caught my attention, which sold choripanes and exhibited all their products and other sandwiches made with part of the pig's head.
They assemble like triangles with the meat from the pig's head and put it inside the bread.
Seguimos caminando y nos encontramos este señor cantando salsa brava y me hubiese encantando grabarlo para que lo vieran bailar con tanto gusto.
Estuve ahí unos minutos disfrutando de su alegría y obviamente le dimos su colaboración por mostrarnos su talento.
We continued walking and we found this man singing salsa brava and I would have loved to record it so that you could see him dance with such pleasure.
I was there for a few minutes enjoying the joy of him and obviously we gave him his collaboration for showing us his talent.
Durante todo el recorrido también vemos muchos puestos de ropa alternativa, de figuras animadas y muchos puestos de colección.
Jean y Reina se paraban en todos porque aman esas figuras y la ropa con bandas de rock.
Throughout the tour we also see many alternative clothing stalls, animated figures and many collection stalls.
Jean and Reina stood on everyone because they love those figures and clothes with rock bands.
Continuamos el recorrido y llegamos a la impresionante Plaza Bolívar, un lugar grandisímo, rodeado de palomas y mucha gente que viene a conocer este espacio.
Venden globos, comida, y estas rodeado de una arquitectura increíble, obviamente no esta en su mejor momento debido a las protestas de Mayo en Colombia, muchos espacios públicos siguen deteriorados, sin embargo, es un lugar hermoso.
We continue the tour and arrive at the impressive Plaza Bolívar, a great place, surrounded by pigeons and many people who come to see this space.
They sell balloons, food, and you are surrounded by incredible architecture, obviously it is not at its best due to the May protests in Colombia, many public spaces are still deteriorated, however, it is a beautiful place.
Ya llegamos al final del recorrido, fuimos a tomarnos una sancocho de costilla que estaba divino y en esa última calle nos conseguimos con la casa de Manuelita Saenz pero estaba cerrada.
Así terminó nuestro paseo, con un dibujo de Dalí en la calle y un sopita para recuperar la energía, espero les haya gustado este paseo y así conozcan un poquito más de Bogotá.
We already reached the end of the tour, we went to have a rib stew that was divine and on that last street we found Manuelita Saenz's house but it was closed.
This is how our walk ended, with a drawing of Dalí on the street and a soup to recover energy, I hope you liked this walk and thus know a little more about Bogotá.
