I always goes out for my morning walk. A little physical workout early in the day is good to stay active throughout the day and also for better health. This Sunday, with clouds hovering on the sky, I took my nephew along. Being Sunday he too wanted to feel free, as he has regular school during weekdays. So I went a little farther toward the river side. Finding the tranquility surroundong the place, I sat for Meditation.
The place is an isolated place and people visit there during hot summer time enjoy some river dive or during the year end to enjoy picnic. It has rivers and big boulders that form like a bridge between the two side. This big Boulder set up is boon during the rainy days as the river overflows quite high than its normal size.
However, the river never dries, still it has some water though little muddy. Whenever, I visit this place it make me very refreshing. May be the sound of flowing water and or the peaceful surrounding have anything to do with it.
Though the river flows from West to East, the little pond like are is where everyone enjoys during summer time. A perfect place to take a dip in cold water. Be it early morning or evening. But make sure to stay safe from the big boulders in middle of it. This big one always remain beneath the water , but the scarcity of rain fall so far make it appear above water level.
This part is little deep too approx 5 feet. I have the water level till my neck during the free flowing time.
My nephew make use of the place too. He always asks me to take him, but he never match my morning timing. BTW I am thankful to him for some of the pic. Taking him allow me for all these picture. Usually I do not carry my mobile during my workout.
I let him enjoy on his own way, he hikes in the boulders, he jumps in the sand and did many things. What more important was that he was happy at the end.
In the meantime, I quietly sat for some meditation. It has been many days since I came to this side of the village find the serne atmosphere, I make use of it completelly. Meditating with **OM" sounds always make me relive from all unwanted worry and pressure. At the end it was very refreshing.
We spent nearly, 2 hrs in the area, while my nephew end up with tiring legs, I felt so refreshing. I usually do physical workout but on Sunday I had some mental workout as well. The place is around 1.5km one way so it was good 3km trek go and through to this part.
This weekend was special, and my nephew took a promise to visit this place again next Sundsy. Will share more from this place.
