The other day I talked about how positive thinking skill has helped my life very well and this does not only make me keep focused on the task ahead, it keeps my mind cool and undisturbed, hence helping me to maintain good mental health. Mental health is something a lot of us overlook because the negative effects don't appear physically most times except it has become worst and with this, people tend to push it aside and concentrate more on the physical health. Although as a human, I can't live without having problems and these problems trouble the mind very well, whenever they come I try as much as possible to maintain a positive thought throughout. I know the problem isn't going to last long and I always try to see the good end of that situation from the point I am. With this, my mental health is always in a steady and undisturbed manner.
As for my physical health, I take care of it just like I take care of my mental health. I'm among those who don't like to be disturbed by any sort of pain or sickness, so anytime I get symptoms of a sickness, I rush to tame it with medicine quickly to avoid escalating the situation. Maybe this isn't the right way to fight sickness but I do it a lot. As we all know, when we go to work, our body gets worn out and once in a while, it accumulates and emerges as sickness. Also, I try as much as possible to prevent my body from having sickness is this us by taking in Water regularly to keep my system hydrated, rest whenever I'm tired, eat food when hungry and do not wait when my stomach is hurting already before eating. Also, I give in to sleep regularly too.
