Hello dear friends of this beautiful Community, hand in hand with Mr. , here I leave you my experience this weekend, accompanied by my daughter (who is about to give birth), my son in law, my granddaughter and other family members. I hope you enjoy it.
This weekend we met a very nice restaurant that faces the sea, it is located in Puerto Cabello. Carabobo State/Venezuela. We arrived around 5 pm, the first thing we did was to ask if they accepted dogs in that restaurant and the answer was yes, we were very happy with that answer, since we took a little dog with us.
The photo on the cover shows the lower part of the restaurant, but we were more interested in going to the upper part, since it has a spectacular view.
When we went upstairs we were placed in front of the bar that overlooks the beach, the service was very good, some ordered cocktails and others beers and something to eat.
The prices, although the place was glamorous, were quite affordable. First they brought us drinks and we all toasted, then ordered an octopus in oyster sauce with paprika and vegetables, which was delicious.
We started taking pictures of each other, the restaurant and the beautiful scenery before it got dark.
Then they ordered calamari, shrimp, fish croquettes along with several portions of french fries, we chatted for a while as we enjoyed our drinks and food.
My 3 year old granddaughter got friends and quickly interacted with them, we were all very happy in the place, even the little dog Noha, hahahaha.
Before dark we went down to take pictures in front of the sea, on a long and beautiful boardwalk.
My granddaughter ran and had a lot of fun on that boardwalk, eating whatever they sold, cake, cotufas, cotton candy, among others.
We were approached by a man selling fried plantains (tostones) and he told us the story of where and how he made them himself.
In a town called Borburata in the same state, he harvests plantains and he and his wife started a small business where they work alone, they peel the plantains from their harvest, chop them into strips, fry them in large pots, then put them to drain the oil and when they are cold, they pack them in medium sized bags.
After this long story that this humble gentleman told us, he seemed so sincere and honest that my daughter's father-in-law bought 10 bags from him, he was very excited and gave us many blessings!
It was already dark when we left, I was a bit anxious because we were in Carabobo State and we had to take the road to Aragua State, about an hour and a half drive. But thank God it did not rain and the road was clear, we arrived safely to our destination.
So far my little story of my experience of the weekend friends, I hope you liked it, thanks for coming here, see you soon.
